Privacy policy
This page explains what information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it. I keep it short and I collect as little as I can.
Who I am
This website belongs to Rusaf Hasan, a freelance web designer and developer. I decide how the information described here is used. You can reach me at rusafhasan544@gmail.com.
What I collect
- The project form. Your name, email, phone number, the service you need and your goal for the website.
- Emails you send me. Your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data. If you accept cookies, this site loads the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook) when you view the page, send the project form, so I can measure and improve my ads. If you decline, the Pixel isn't loaded. The company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Why I use it
- To reply to you, plan your project and schedule calls.
- To plan, build and support your project if we work together.
- To keep records I'm required to keep, such as invoices.
I never sell your information. With your consent, the Meta Pixel measures my ads as described above. I only email you about your enquiry or project.
The legal basis
I process your information because you asked me to (your consent), because it's needed to prepare or carry out a project with you, or because I have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running my business.
Services that handle your information
- RusafOS, my own lead system on this website's server, stores what you enter in the project form, including a phone number you type in but don't send, so I can follow up by text. Reply STOP to any text and I won't text you again.
- ManyChat (manychat.com) sends my text messages and Instagram and Facebook messages. See ManyChat's privacy policy.
- Twilio (twilio.com) sends and receives my text messages and phone calls. See Twilio's privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) receives page view and form events through the Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Google provides my email and the fonts on this site. See Google's privacy policy.
- My hosting provider stores and serves this website.
Some of these services may process information outside your country. They use standard safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies and storage
This site uses browser storage to remember your preferences, such as your cookie choice. If you click Accept, it also loads the Meta Pixel, which sets advertising cookies (such as _fbp) so I can see which ads lead to enquiries. If you click Decline, the Pixel isn't loaded. The fonts are provided by Google, which receives your IP address. You can accept or decline cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time with . You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I hold about you, to stop using it, or to send you a copy. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email rusafhasan544@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
I use reputable services and keep access to your information limited to me. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn't aimed at children under 16.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.

The content here is general information about my services. Results described on this site depend on each business and aren't guaranteed for yours. Please don't misuse the site, or the contact form.
Projects
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If anything in the proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies.
The 48-hour timeline
“Live in 48 hours” applies to the fixed scope we agree in writing. The 48 hours start once I've received all of your content: your logo, list of services, phone number and photos. Delays in receiving content, logins or feedback move the launch date by the same amount.
Payments
The 48-Hour Lead Site costs $500. Payment dates are set out in your proposal. Custom work and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before I start it.
Revisions
You get one round of changes after launch, requested within a week of launch. Further changes are quoted separately.
Money-back guarantee
If the finished website doesn't match the scope we agreed in writing, tell me and I'll fix it. If it still doesn't match, you can ask for a full refund under the conditions in your proposal. Once a project is refunded, the right to use the work ends.
Your part
- Give accurate information and timely feedback.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images or logos you send me.
- Keep your own logins, domain and hosting accounts secure.
Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own the final website I build for you. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences, and I keep the rights to my general tools and methods. I may show your project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Third-party services
Your website may rely on services I don't control, such as hosting, domains, plugins and Google. Their own terms apply, and I'm not responsible for their outages or changes.
Liability
As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and my total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Projects already agreed in writing follow the terms in their proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where I'm based.
